Description
Fan - entire body made entirely of thin ivory sticks. Silk ribbon woven through top and bottom of fan to join sticks together. Ivory covered in polychrome decoration in oil paoint. On one side of fan - couple in regency dress in Sylvan landscape framed by gilt borders and cartouches. Around this scene are pink and gilt borders with laurel garlands. On reverse side of fan - polychrome floral decoration with gilt crossed torcheres.
