Description
Academic gown and hood. A) Bright pink faille graduation robe. Shoulder pleats in front. Black velvet placket down center-front with two oval patches with white embroidery. Full long sleeves with cartridge pleats at shoulder and three black velvet stripes. Center-front opening with four pink shank buttons, two grosgrain ribbon tabs with buttonholes, and hooks for closure. Square yoke in back with cartridge pleats. Pink cord with button at yoke center seam. Black woven label at inside center-back with red, yellow, and white lettering: "Cotrell and Leonard/Makers of Fine Robes Since 1832/Tailored by D52/E.R. Moore Co./Chicago, Ill./Professionally Dry Clean Only/Made in U.S.A." White paper label below woven label, printed with black lettering: "60%/Cotton/40%/Acetate." B) Pink faille hood with black lining; braid loop at center-front.
