Twelve identical Red Cross pins. Gold pin with eagle holding shield in front of itself. Shield decorated in enamel. Blue border around white ground with red cross in center. "SERVICE" in gold at top of blue border. Each pin is housed in a white cardboard box with lid. "WOMEN'S SERVICE PIN" printed in rod on box top.
