Description
Three-piece G.A.R. reunion medal. Gold metal bar pin at top with "COMRADE" label. Red silk ribbon with gold lettering: "58TH ANNUAL / RE-UNION / 2ND CONN. / HEAVY ARTILLERY / NEW BRITAIN, CONN. / SEPT. 11, 1923." Ribbon gathered into a button with a black and white photograph of a man with "mutton chop" style mustache and beard wearing a uniform. Printed paper label on back of button.
