Color photograph set in engraved frame. 8.5" x 11" photograph showing a group of eighteen individuals posed around a large stone fountain. Background shows a stone courtyard set within a two-story structure with exterior balcony; white plaster arches and stone columns form the architecture of the first level, with exposed timber on the second level. Photograph is under glass in a plain, square, sterling silver frame. Engraved on face of frame are the signatures of the individuals pictures. Engraved at center on bottom, "Ecuador-Galapagos/April1994." Engraved on bottom edge of frame, at left, "(C) Cartier." Frame back covered in burgundy-colored leather, with gold lettering "Cartier."

Donated with papers, photographs, and other materials belonging to Sonia P. Seherr-Thoss. Taken during a group trip to Ecuador & the Galapagos Islands, likely while visiting Quito, Ecuador.
