Description
Badge and ribbon presented to members of the Traffic Committee during Litchfield's bicentennial celebration in 1920. At top, bar pin in naturalistic, scroll shape of metal with white enameled front and blue lettering, "TRAFFIC COMMITTEE." Attached below is a ribbon of red silk with silver lettering, "1720/1920." Attached at bottom of ribbon is a circular tin medallion with white front and printed image of the Litchfield Law School. Printed lettering above, in black, "BI-CENTENNIAL, LITCHFIELD, CT" and below, "AUGUST-1-4, 1920."
