Description
Round commemorative plate. White pearlware plate with blue transfer print decoration under glaze. Stylized tulip design around rim. Center of plate decorated with images of six buildings in Litchfield, Connecticut - The Wolcott Homestead, Noyes Memorial Building, Litchfield Law School, Birthplace of Ethan Allen, Hotel Berkshire, and Birthplace of Henry Ward Beecher and Harriet Beecher Stowe. Each image is labeled in blue. "SOUVENIR OF/ LITCHFIELD/ CONN." inside scroll at bottom. "MANFD FOR/ WHEELER PHARMACY CO/ LITCHFIELD CONN." stamped in blue on back.
