Two metal dog tags (licenses) attached to a metal ring. One is orange and shaped like a squat fire hydrant. It is stamped, "1990/ RABIES VACC./ LITCHFIELD HILLS/ VETERINARY HOSP./ HARWINTON, CONN./ PH. 203-485-1978/ 3769." The second tag is blue and shaped like the state of Connecticut. It is stamped, "1990/ 0904/ LITCHFIELD/ CONN."
