Rectangular cardboard box with alternating purple and white striped paper. Glued to top left of box lid is paper label, "IMPORTERS/THE MAISON ANNETTE/328 CHARLES STREET, NORTH/BALTIMORE, MD/TO_____." Lower right corner, embossed in gold, "THE MAISON ANNETTE CO./BALTIMORE." There are also handwritten notations on side. Cotton ties on box interior.
