Description
Wooden dentil molding with remnant of white plaster. Long rectangular strip of wood with square wooden blocks attached, leaving half inch spaces between each block.
Comment
This dentil molding was removed from the entryway of the Noyes Memorial Building in Litchfield, CT in 2013 when extensive plaster restoration was taking place. While this molding was not original to the construction of the building in 1900-1901, it was part of a later 20th century repair.
