Comment
Falcon's Flight Farm was started c.1906 when brothers Joseph A. Blake and Francis Blake compiled several old farms on Beach Street, Litchfield, into a dairy farm. The Blakes raised purebred Guernseys and sold milk and cream door-to-door. The property was sold to Dr. B. Austin Cheney (1888-1945), a prominent New Haven doctor, who retained the name.
