Small banner for the Litchfield/Morris Rotary Club. Banner shows the Rotary International Logo with a view of the Tapping Reeve House and Law School, against a white background. Text "Litchfield/Morris Rotary Club/The First Law School 1784/Tapping Reeve House 1775/A National Historic Town/Litchfield-Connecticut/U.S.A." Banner has a 1" gold fringe along bottom and gold braided string with tassels along top. Banner is suspended from 9.25" wooden dowel with carved, gold-painted caps.
