Round bronze Masonic medal. Picture of a Masonic temple stamped in center of one side. 'MASONIC TEMPLE / DEDICATED / MAY 23, 1914 / WATERBURY, CONN" stamped around picture of building. Reverse side stamped with design showing a Masonic altar with various Masonic symbols surrounding it. "A.L. 5914" below altar. Round flat green cardboard box to hold the medal.
