Description
Lacquered wood with iron lock in front and brass hinges in back. Flat black lacquered bottom and interior. Octagonal paneled sides and swelled top centering on oval panel. Gilt painted Chinese landscapes on all panels (two tone gold) Floral repeat board on edge of top. Interior divided into two equal containers of soft lead with smooth sides now bent and tops pulled off having punched or pressed work oriental floral/geometric design on top. In center of top is raised collar on one with two round canister tops having stork and geometric punch or engraved design. One canister seal and inner lid with wooden knob included.
