Two part gold Masonic medal. Oblong bar at top for Masonic images in center with "HOLINESS TO THE LORD" in black below images. "19" to left of images. "12" to right of images. Shield-shaped pendant hangs below bar. Blue enamel shield with gold anchor in center of pendant. "GRAND CHAPTER / OF / RHODE ISLAND / INDIANAPOLIS" stamped on pendant. Reverse side of oblong bar stamped "IRONS & RUSSELL CO / MAKERS / PROVIDENCE R.I. U.S.A."
