Description

Conical shaped tool, made from tin. Handle at top with lever that open spout in bottom. A plate is attached to the setter that is stamped "Little Giant Plant Setter."

Comment

The plant setter would have held water during use. A seed or rooted plant would have been dropped down the chute. The tip was then placed in the soil and when the handle was squeezed (opened the spout in the bottom), the plant and water slid down the chute planting the item and watering it at the same time.
