Shopping bag from Barnidge & McEnroe, Litchfield, Connecticut. Green paper bag with top opening. White printed design with lettering, "Barnidge & McEnroe/Litchfield, Connecticut" separated by two thin, horizontal lines. Same design on front and back.
Provenance
Opened in 1991 in the former Tip Top Stores storefront, 7 West Street. The store sold new books, cards, and gifts, and operated at least until 2003.
