Description
Three-piece G.A.R. reunion medal. Ivory silk ribbon with gold lettering: "56TH ANNUAL / RE-UNION / 2ND CONN. / HEAVY / ARTILLERY / THOMASTON, CONN. / SEPT. 10, 1921." Ribbon gathered into back of a button with a black and white photograph of a mustachioed man in uniform with his name, "COL. JEFFREY SKINNER" below. Pin is missing from top of ribbon. Paper label on back of button.
