Description
Aluminum banded rectangular table made by the Warren McArthur Corporation. Anodized aluminum frame formed by tubular members joined with aluminum rings. Raised on four legs supported by rubber disc pads. The legs are joined by a modified x-stretcher formed by two separate, overlapping stretchers joined by two vertical uprights. A second modified x-stretcher of similar construction joins with the vertical uprights just below the table top. The table has a black Formica top.

Part of a collection owned by twin brothers Dr. John Houlihan (dental surgeon) and Dr. James Houlihan (optometrist). Used in their medical office waiting room in Torrington, CT. Purchased in 1939 by Dr. John Houlihan from the Superintendent of the Warren McArthur Corporation in Bantam, CT.
