Description
Anodized aluminum coat stand made by the Warren McArthur Corporation. Circular grey metal base (not aluminum) with tubular aluminum upright terminating with a black plastic cap. Four aluminum hooks are arranged in opposite pairs at the top, all of the same size.
Provenance
Part of a collection owned by twin brothers Dr. John Houlihan (dental surgeon) and Dr. James Houlihan (optometrist). Used in their medical office waiting room in Torrington, CT. Purchased in 1939 by Dr. John Houlihan from the Superintendent of the Warren McArthur Corporation in Bantam, CT.
