Description
Glass milk bottle with round lip top, circular bottom, tapered sides, and inset band on bottom half. Pressed glass with incised crosshatch pattern; smooth glass on inset band. Printed in orange ink on band, "WHITE OAK DAIRY" next to image of a pasture with cows and a tree. Stamped on glass bottom, underlined "9."
Provenance
White Oak Farm/White Oak Dairy was run by Henry Vandewater and his son, George H. Vandewater (1919-2003). The farm was in East Litchfield.
