Bonnet belonged to Mrs. Lavina E. Westover of Bantam, CT (1791-1871) (donor's grandmother.) The LHS Library contains a MSS Journal of Lavina E. Westover from 1838-69, See Albums, Diaries and Journals. The LHS also owns a photograph of Mrs. Lavina Westover, see Litchfield Residents Photographs, "W".
