All white silk A: Bodice - front and back has cotton bottom with lace and net top coming to high choker collar; puff silk sleeves with lined lace cuffs and net fringe; 10 hook & eyes down front and underarm dress shields B: Jacket - Pleated front and back with no sleeves; scalloped V neckline with four bands of tucked and sheered cream braid; deep lace fringe from collar; 7 hook & eyes down front C: Skirt - straight front with 2 vertical panels of floral motif lace; the skirt is fully lined with silk having a pleated inner dust ruffle; there is a long train effect in back; bustled at back
