Description
a: tea cup - round body with short foot. "C" shaped handle. Pink band around outside rim of cup with decorative gold design overtop. Design extends into inside rim of cup. Maker's mark on underside "Limoges/J.P./L./France" b: plate - wide pink band around plate with gold decoration over top. Recessed area in middle where cup would rest. Same maker's mark as above on underside of plate but also two stamps - one: "J. Pouvat Limoges" with branches around it; the other: "W" with branches around it and ribbon underneath "Phildelphia/Paris/New York"
