Rainbox striped ribbon with pin bar at top. Bottom of ribbon gathered with small metal ring. Attached to ring is bronze colored medal. Front side of medal has a symbol of a shield and an ax in the center. Arched over symbol is "The Great War for Civilization" Printed on left side of symbol "France/Italy/Serbia/Japan/Montenegro/Russia/Greece" On right side "Great/Britain/Belgium/Brazil/Portugal/Romania/China" On back of medal image of man in Greco-Roman garb holding a sword and shield. Man has wings on his back.
