Description
Thin sheet of brass, stamped into shape of shield with branches on each side and a swag of ribbon at the bottom. Shield has three identical images of grape vines wrapped around a pole. To right of shield are wheat sheaths and an American flag and to left of shielf are laurel branches and another flag (possibly CT?) Swag of ribbon underneath shielf reads "QUI TRANS SUST" On back of shield two thin brass hooks have been attached with some gray substance. One of the hooks is missing.
