Burgandy colored shoulder cape with round neck with 2 1/2" band of satin fringe extending down front and around edge of cape; 9 hooks and eyes down front; 2 13" panels extend down front on either side of openings; material is folded and attached at bottom for sleeves; lined at bottom with 3" band of burgundy satin; inside lined with black quilted satin; neckline lined with 1" band of burgundy satin
