Long banner consisting of four vertical panels - yellow, blue, yellow, blue - with bottoms cut at angles. Outside panels are shortest becoming longer towards center. Thick yellow fringe on bottom of each panel. In white lettering "Connecticut 1635/(state seal)/1935/Tercentennary" Label on banner "Reliance/Reg.U.S. Pat. Off/Guaranteed/Defiance Fast Colors" White canvas edging across top with four brass grommets for hanging.
