Description
A once clear glass goblet which is now melted out of its original shape. The pedestal is broken off about one inch away from the cup itself. Glass is now cloudy due to sand and dirt melted in by the fire. The lip of the cup is rippled and almost closed completely by the two sides which bent together. Found in the ruins of the New England House of New Milford. It was destroyed by the great fire of New Milford in May 1902
