Red wool hood; removed from body of cape; originally opening bound with gold colored linen tape; gathered at back of hood to make star burst shape; looks at though there was also a partial gold silk lining around the top of the head.
Comment
Originally thought to go with cape 1953-20-1 but the texture of the wools are different and no evidence they were ever attached.
