A: White cotton dress; printed design of purple horizontal stripes alternating with vines of ivy also in purple; high waisted; full length skirt; short sleeves; sleeves have double ruffle at end; off the shoulder neckline; gathered bodice and neckline; boning sewn into lining; hook and eyes on center back B: Pelerine in matching fabric; ruffle around edge except for on right facing side which is worn under opposite side with ruffle
