White sheer cotton christening dress; round neck with lace trim; V panel in front with criss cross panels of lace and white work embroidery, lace trimmed; shoulder band and cap sleeve band of white work embroidery; lace trimmed; open back with drawstring top and waist; lace trimmed white work embroidery band below neck at back; white work band at waist; flared skirt with flared front panel edged with lace and white work band; top panel plain; second large number of tucks; horizontal insertion of white work band bordered by lace; tucked band; white work and lace band repeated 5 times ending in lace band for hem; all around skirt with 10 tucked bands above
