Description
Stamp with wooden block base; raised stamp on one side of two steer - both with front legs on same wooden block and faced pressed together. Stamp made of rubber like material that is nailed to wooden block. Wooden block not a true rectangle. Two sections cut out on two side. Paper glued to back of wooden block
Comment
The steers were named Tim and Jim. There owner Egbert Wilson Lyon lived in Litchfield and trained the steer to do tricks. They traveled around to various agricultural fairs performing including the World's Columbian Exposition
