Sleeveless chemise of printed crepe de chine; black background printed in bright colbalt blue, grey, pale green and fushia in an overall design of fruits, leaves and berries; high V neckline is outlined in a band of black crepe as is the hem; armholes bound in black; full shired skirt is gathered by stitching at waist and attached by means of a broad inset band of black crepe shaped and stitched in center; two self bound openings below V, probably to hold a scarf
