Fan of heavy cardboard with exterior ends of fan having wooden stretchers. Individual strips of cardboard rounded at top and strung together with blue silk ribbon. Mother of pearl button at base with silver metal handle. Painted in center of fan "F" "T" "W" in decorated overlapping letters.
