Blue silk ribbon. Three dimensional blue and white rosette at top of ribbon with gold sequin star in middle. Printed on ribbon underneath in gold lettering "Democratic/National/Convention/St. Louis, MO./July 6, 1904/Connecticut" One gold tassel hanging on side under rosette - other one missing. Gold metallic fringe at bottom. Maker's label on back. Paper glued onto ribbon, reads "J. Sutta/Successor to T.F. Sherman/Jeweler and Badge Maker/175 Meadow St. New Haven, CT"
