White chiffon dress with gold thread lace embroidery; top independently lined with straps from shoulders; front and back essentially the same; narrow straps; no sleeves; scoop neck; upper bodice of white and gold lace in floral design ending in ribbed chiffon coming up in rounded points from a waist of gold and lace ladder shape braid; inner skirt has wire effect over hips to make it hang in full style; skirt with scalloped bottom; band of ribbed chiffon with gold lace below; white lace and gold lace with large scalloped edge; ending in band of ribbed chiffon
