Description
Small metal scale for weighing envelopes and small packages to figure out postage. The scale has a loop at the top from which to hang the scale. The bottom is an arched sem-circle with notched lines at intervals. There is an arm with a weight on the end that extends past the notched arm and a round ring from center of arch.
