A-C: three rosettes, similar to cufflinks. Round with center made of blue silk ribbon gathered in center with white thread and then fanned out to fill entire center. Border of red, white and blue striped ribbon. Back of rosette has metal desk impressed with "U.S. Patent 1888 France" D: Length of blue, white and red silk ribbon, ends frayed
