Description
A large heavy silver plated cruet stand, decorated by grapes an grape leaves. There are four legs, heavily ornate. The handle is two winding grape vines with grapes and leaves hanging off. There is a six ringed center to hold the six cruet bottles. The cruets are similar, but different on top to suit the material they held. All made of glass. The bottom is rounded to fit into the rings and have many indentations. One piece has a broken top, white another is cracked and chipped. The creamer is cracked and the salt shaker's top is chipped. Cruets are of cut glass faceted in rounded and oval panels. Once owned by Samuel Ensign Morris. Tradition says it was given to him by pupils of Morris Academy
