Description
A - Cardboard portfolio covered in red and black marbelized paper. Linen sewn to top and bottom of portfolio. Green spine. Paper treated with protective coating. Portfolio houses pencil sketches. All but two done by Lucretia Deming Perkins. The other two are signed by John Deming Perkins. Sketches of houses and scenes in New Haven. Majority dated and signed. Two paper dolls, home made also in portfolio. Some of drawings numbered but unclear why. Some covered with tissue dust cover. Some are drawn on heavy board and some on paper

This was previously housed in the Mary Perkins Quincy collection in the Archives but moved to the museum collection in 2010.
