Description
Flat square stuffed and covered with green silk. The top is a separate flap, made of crocheted squares in red, white, and blue, which continues on the bottom. Under the flap are two pieces of wool for holding needles. Under this, attached to to cushion by green silk tape, is a watercolor beehive on paper. Probably done by a student of the Litchfield Female Academy.
