Rectangular metal pin, bronze color, bottom 2/3 coated in blue enamel with 3 bombs pictured pointed downward. Swag attached to bottom of pin with "DE ASTRA" in black lettering. Insignia of the 45th Bombardment Group, Army Air Force, with "DE ASTRA" or "from the stars" being the group's motto. Likely issued during WWII.
