To right of bust "Seth Thomas", to left of bust "1785 - 1859" Around edge of medal "To Commemorate the 100th Year of Seth Thomas Clock Co." On reverse side of medal figure of father time with scyth and long pedulum. Ribbon at bottom with dates 1813 - 1913. B: Purple cardboard box with flip center, front label "To Mark the/Hundreth Year/of/Seth Thomas Clock Company"
