Pillar and scroll shelf clock, mahogany , animal paw and leaf feet, turned back feet, plinth base with plain half pillars on sides, large door lower half and eglomise panel with image of Mount Vernon open oval to view pendulum, painted face corners with gilt work and red and green floral sprays, Arabic numbers, top of clock has oblong side blocks with plain arched center panel, flared caps on side blocks.
