Comment
This signal flag was taken from the sunken Spanish ship "Don Antonio de Ulloa" after the battle of Manila Bay in the Spanish American War. Rear Admiral George P. Colvocoresses is considered the hero of Manila Bay for his military maneuverings during this battle.
