All white cotton petticoat; front flat waist with drawstring in back to opening; flared body with 4" ruffle at hem; 7" overpanel of mull with lace edge; 1/2 way down over panel starred with embroidered slashed band having satin cream colored ribbon through it; large band with bow shaped lace insertions; two horizontal bands of lace and then lace edging
