Description
Brass pin bar - blue, dark red and white colored ribbon attached to pin bar. Gathered at bottom by metal ring. Round brass medal hanging from ring. Alternating border of red and white enameled triangle with brass eagle. Center of medal has raised border of laurel branches. Blue enamel center. Gold lettering "FILII VETERANORUM MDCCCXXXI" Engraved on back "Presented/to/Col. H.W. Wessells/by the/Conn. Division/S. of V. U.S.A./Feb. 6th 1891"
