Description
Fan or hand screen. Pale translucent tortoise shell handle. Two thin pieces that criss-cross back and forth across each other to create handle. Come to pointed ends. Top of handle has two, long thin arms that extend in wavy lines along bottom of fan. Fan is stretched heavy parchment paper. Semi-circular shape. Paper is has piereced design which creates design out of areas of solid and void. Painted blue, red, gold, black and white.
