Clear glass bottle, cylindrical shape body, tapered neck with metal flip top mechanism & cap. Raised lettering on body (molded into glass) "REGISTERED" on neck, above recessed oval with raised lettering "E.L. Phelps/14oz/LITCHFIELD/CONN" above "THIS BOTTLE/NOT TO BE SOLD" on bottom. Molded bottle - in 2 halves - side seams run vertically along body.
